Please have your roof leak specialist stop in at his earliest convenience
to repair a roof leak in our building. The leak is in the apartment
area of the building and is one of the leaks he repaired previously,
but the repair apparently failed over the winter. So far the leak has
not gone completely through the ceiling panel although the affected
panel will need to be replaced since it is discolored and molded.
Otherwise we are very satisfied with the building and have received
many compliments. We have also given you several referrals plus others
who probably saw your name plate on the roof ridge vent.
