Dear Mr. Richardson:
Thank you for attending to the last, final items on my Hanover Pole
Barn garage. I understand that you have once again contacted the garage
door company to align the door correctly or increase the expansion
pad under the door so that it will fit tightly against the concrete
floor and not allow cold air to come into the heated garage. Please
follow up on this to see that they make this small repair.
Enclosed please find final payment of $2,890.00, which pays your invoice
in full. I want to go on and say that I am more than pleased with the
building and the crew that followed through with the building from
beginning to its completion. I would invite you to come by this summer
when my office is complete and I have some of my antique cars in the
building along with the workshop I have built. It may provide some
ideas to others that are contemplating such a building.
You may certainly use my name as a reference. Thank you again for
