Dear Jerry:
It is not often enough that a company is commended in writing for
their fine work. I am writing this letter to let you know how much
my husband and I were impressed with the job Hanover Buildings recently
did for us and in such a timely fashion.
Quite a few people, who are able to recognize good material and workmanship
from bad, remarked unsolicited about the top quality of the lumber
and the finishing touches that were made. Your men were very pleasant,
always on time, and rarely even took a break. We noticed how they cleaned
up each day which our contractor and subcontractors failed to do. I
appreciate your patience and understanding through crisis after crisis
and your forbearance with changes made during the planning stages.
The barn is very adequate for my needs and your were able to custom
construct it well just by listening to my desires. I note that Hanover
Building came through where others failed and at a much more reasonable
price. Had we been familiar with Hanover Buildings and your fine workmanship,
we would have seriously considered having you build the house. It was
very comforting to know that we didn't have to be constantly on the
job site to oversee its proper construction. I look forward to working
with you again in the Spring when we can finish what the weather wouldn't
permit us to do this year.
Please feel free to bring any prospects to the barn and together we
can proudly show them your work. Let this letter serve as our sincere
appreciation and a big THANK YOU, Jerry, for a job very, very well
